Deposit £50 per week. The full fee (per week) is £200 from which the deposit is deducted. The current charge is £200 per week, as of Jan 2023. The deposit secures the booking and the final £150 per week must me made 30 days prior to the booked week(s). The hire fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

In addition, No 1 West Street shall charge a commission of 10% (inclusive of VAT if applicable).
