Gold, Silver and Bead Workshop extension working on insects - 9 April 10:30 – 3:30

EXTENSION workshop for learners who attended our first Gold, Silver and Bead Workshop
9th April 10:30 – 3:30.

You will be provided with the gold or silver threads plus the felt and beads.

You will need to bring:
a circular embroidery frame plus
a plain background fabric with your prepped basic insect shape (your choice) with lining fabric underneath

You have the options to choose either gold or silver for your threads and we need to know your choice beforehand so that Val can put the packs together.

The workshop will be run by Val and Rita who originally met at teacher training college 50 years ago. They both live in Weymouth and belong to a sewing group there.
Val has just completed the Royal School of Needlework Certificate at Hampton Court, in creative embroidery and is now working towards her Diploma.
